Canadian court acquits in AIDS scandal

Dear Blog,

Good and bad news for the Canadian Red Cross. Good news that they have been acquitted, bad news that they are getting such bad publicity for tainted blood (at least, this is the first time I've heard about it). The Red Cross apparently gave out HIV and / or Hepatitis -infected blood that resulted in more than three thousand deaths! The end result: they were charged $5000 (Canadian!). Here's the story:
