As of February 20, there have been 2,508 cases of Dengue fever reported in 2020, compared to 85 cases of Covid-19 during the same period (2). On February 20, Singapore reported one patient has tested positive for both viruses (1, 3). The patient, referred to as Case 82, went to the hospital seeking treatment for Dengue fever on February 15. She was admitted after her second visit. On February 18, she tested positive for Covid-19. The patient was then put into solo isolation.
